Some ideas for the enhancement of reseach and innovation suitable for better and wider participation of SMEs

Some ideas for the debate on measures for enhancement of SME participation and involvement in the research and innovation activities:

- Simplification of programmes, flexibility of rules of participation, subcontracting, short and smaller participation of SMEs, better engagement in the large initiatives like European Technology Platforms or JTIs
